I offer a range of training courses including coaching skills and reflective practice facilitation skills. I also provide bespoke workshops and team development sessions designed to meet your requirements
All of my training is very experiential, including a blend of theory, skills practice and reflection. I create an interactive, workshop-style environment where people feel able to experiment and share their thinking. Training can be online or in-person near Bristol or London.

I work with teams and organisations to address entrenched problems and achieve deeper change to the way the team or organisation operates. These assignments include a combination of coaching, group work, action learning, reflective practice and/or training with individuals and teams. I bring themes that have arisen from my conversations with teams and individuals to identify changes and improvements that can be made in the team or wider organisation. This work acknowledges that tackling entrenched problems involves changing the wider system, not just enabling individuals to navigate that system.
